Maris OCNJ rents vacation homes in Ocean City, New Jersey. This page explains what we collect when you ask us about a stay, what we do with it, and how to have it removed.

What we collect

When you fill out one of our forms on Facebook or Instagram, or contact us directly, we ask for:

• your name
• your email address
• your phone number
• the week you're looking for
• how many people are in your group

That's it. We don't ask for payment details on these forms.

How we use it

We use your information to answer your inquiry: to tell you which of our homes are open for your dates, what they cost, and how to book. We may follow up by email, phone or text about that same inquiry.

Where it's kept

Your details go into a private contact list that our family keeps for the business. Only the people who run Maris OCNJ can see it.

If you reached us through a Facebook or Instagram form, Meta also handles that information under its own privacy policy, which you can read at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

We don't sell it

We don't sell your information to anyone.

Removing your information

You can ask us to delete your details at any time. Email stay@marisocnj.com with the name and email address you gave us, and we'll remove you from our contact list and confirm when it's done.
